Even though it rained for most of my run on Saturday, the views from the coastal trail were still unreal.
Plus I got to practice running fast down switchbacks which was SO MUCH FUN.
Then there was napping and TV watching for the afternoon until it was time to meet our good friends for pizza! We saw them on Thursday night for a charity event, and I mentioned how I’ve always wanted to try Tamalpie, a restaurant in Mill Valley. I listen to Alice 93.7 radio’s Sarah & Vinnie show. Sarah lives in Mill Valley & always talks about how much she loves Tamalpie. So when our friends suggested we do a double date on Saturday night, I was SO excited.
Sunday morning was spent sleeping in, reading and coffee in bed, and watching TV. Bennie got the most active of anyone.
Sunday night was another pizza adventure! My friends and I had been trying to make dinner plans for a while. Between all of our busy schedules, we finally got a date on the calendar for this Sunday. We decided on a pizza place we have all been wanting to try, A16.
This place was really good as well. It was so much fun to cut the pizza with scissors! The OCD in me initially stressed out about not cutting equal slices, but got over it really quickly once I tasted the pizza LOL.
Sunday afternoon I was a good member of society & filled out my ballot to be mailed in. A great resource for understanding the various props in your area is ballotpedia.org. I generally hear things on the radio and TV about the various props, and run by people’s lawns with the “Vote YES!” and “Vote NO!” signs stuck in them, but understanding them enough to make a decision is a different story. This website was really helpful!
What is your favorite kind of pizza? Thin & crispy, deep dish or in between?
