When I go to the gym to lift in the morning, the guy a the front desk still gives me candy haha! It cracks me up that he brings chocolate to hand out to the morning gym crowd. But it is so cute.
I recently tried the PEScience Vegan Vanilla protein. It was very good! A little gritty, but most plant based proteins are. It definitely doesn’t top the whey Snickerdoodle flavor, but if you are vegan, this is a great option.

I have made this dinner every night this week. It is just whole wheat noodles with spiralized zucchini and tomato sauce, topped with salmon. By mixing the noodles with zucchini noodles, you get twice as much! It is so tasty and satisfying.
John’s mom got me this book for my birthday and I am totally hooked. It is told in a series of journal entries about an expedition to the wild Alaskan territory. The author is from Alaska and it so well written.
I’ve also been toting around this 40 oz Hydro Flask bottle. If I drink three of them in a day, that is almost a gallon of water. Since I am in the car a lot of the day, it helps that I don’t have to fill it up as often as my other small water bottle.
I think I may have found my sweats for the plane ride home from Chicago. So. Comfortable.
