I got to go to happy hour on Thursday with my beautiful friend and it was exactly what I needed to get me through to Friday!

Scrolling through Instagram – I will be honest – it feels like everyone else prepping for Boston has run more miles than I have, and that they are faster. I’m only saying this because I know every one has those feelings. We all compare ourselves to others and we all have doubts. My mileage this training cycle has been appropriate for me and where I am in my running journey.
And – I am still aware that a 200 mile month is the most I’ve run since I started keeping track of miles, which wasn’t that long ago. So I am trying to take extra precautions with prehab and recovery.
