This recipe is in my top 5 favorite things to make. It is good for you, tasty and you can add a lot of variations to it.
– 3/4 cup rolled oats (don’t use steel cut)
– 3/4 cup egg whites or egg beaters
– 1 packet sweetener of your choice
– dash cinnamon
– Optional add ins: scoop protein powder (I prefer vanilla, but go wild!), tbsp greek yogurt if they are too dry for you
Put those ingredients into a blender or magic bullet, and blend. Cook on medium in a frying pan until there are bubbles. At this point you can throw in some blueberries, chocolate chips, bananas…all of the above lol. Flip and top with sugarfree syrup and ENJOY!
