These tofu noodles are pretty good! You can find them in the produce area in most grocery stores. Or you can find them here. The sodium isn’t high either, which was a pleasant surprise. Here is how I made my noodle bowl:
– 1 package tofu noodles
– 5 oz grilled chicken
– steamed broccoli
– low sodium soy sauce
I rinsed the noodles and patted them dry. Cook the mushrooms in some soy sauce and throw in the steamed broccoli, chicken and noodles so they get the flavor as well.
