Poke bowls are so popular lately. I love them too. So when I saw fresh ahi at the store the other day, I decide to out my own poke bowl. I just got sushi grade ahi and asked the butcher to cube it for me. Then I let it marinate in some soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions and sesame seeds, and that was it! To be totally honest I didn’t measure, just kind of did equal parts and made sure the meat was covered. Then I made some Jasmine rice and done! Super easy. I would add avocado next time.
I got this cute bowl from from World Market.
