I probably won’t do too many more of these as they are all pretty similar (read boring)! But they’ve been requested – so here is a full day of eating when my schedule is pretty packed & I’m out and out.
Post workout/Breakfast: Same again – egg whites with spinach, ezekiel toast with Nuttzo, banana & cinnamon, big ol’ cup of coffee.
Morning snack: I was at home in the morning, so I made a Beltsander Brownie with Nuttzo on top. I skipped the chocolate chips this time, but it was not the most aesthetic pleasing dish, so I didn’t take a picture haha. You can find my Beltsander Brownie recipes here.
Lunch: I was in the car right before an appointment before lunch time, so I just had a quick Siggi’s yogurt with San Franola granola. Both the yogurt & granola are high in protein, and the granola has 7g of fiber, so it keeps me plenty full until it is time to eat again, 3 hours later ha! I put the yogurt in a small lunch box to keep it cold when out driving around.
Afternoon snack: the appointment I was in ran a little long and I was so hungry by the time I got back to my car to drive home. Quest cookie dough to the rescue! This bar was their “new improved recipe” and I will say it is definitely softer (aka delicious).
Dinner: My appointment was about a 2 hour drive from home and I stopped by the grocery store for more fresh veggies on my way. By the time I had done the grocery store, walked the dog, and changed clothes, I was so so grateful I had leftover “Lazy Turkey Lasagna” to dig into. I had it with a small salad – not pictured.
Dessert: Just three plain old rice cakes with peanut butter on top. Yes, you counted right – I ate peanut butter 3 times in one day. JUDGE ME. Sometimes it is more than that.
