Happy Monday! We are in that weird phase of winter where it is freezing in the morning and warm by the afternoon. I remember being a kid in school and HATING that so much because it was so uncool to CARRY a coat around haha. And now I’m just grateful not to be a kid in junior high anymore!
Here is how last week looked ~
Monday 11/18: 6.41 miles easy at 9:45 average & strength
Tuesday 11/19: 2 miles warm up, fartlek of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1 minutes hard with halftime rest. Start around 7:10 and work down well so the final 2 are quite aggressive, 2 mile cool down.
Wednesday 11/20: 6.01 miles easy at 9:49 average with Anna
Thursday 11/21: slept a bit longer in the morning and ran in the evening with Anna. 7.06 miles easy at 9:01 average
Friday 11/22: 20 mile long run, 5 miles easy, 7 miles at 7:30 (7:50/7:36/7:42/7:32/7:52/7:46/7:26), 1 mile easy, 5 mile cut down starting at 7:50 (7:51/7:42/7:29/7:23/7:10), 2 miles cool down. 20.01 miles at 8:16 pace overall
Saturday 11/23: 6.1 miles easy at 9:36 average
Sunday 11/24: 60 mins on the Peloton
55.5 miles for the week, which makes my OCD tendencies pretty happy LOL.
