Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great week & weekend. I had a work trip to Portland last week for part of the week. John was also traveling and I didn’t have time to line up a dog sitter, so BTD just came along. He used to travel with me a lot, so I think he had fun. He definitely loves room service.
Monday 2/24: 2 miles warm up, fartlek ladder of 8-6-4-3-2-1 (mins hard with halftime rest), start at HM effort & work down well. 2 mile cool down. Total of 8.02 at 9:01 average. I shifted my speed workout from Tuesday to Monday since I had an early flight on Tuesday and knew I wouldn’t be at my best.
Tuesday 2/25: 5.08 at 9:30 average. Wasn’t sure if I would get to run, so I was happy to sneak in a quick 5.
Wednesday 2/26: 6.01 miles easy at 9:57 average. Felt SO tired this morning.
Thursday 2/27: 6.01 miles easy at 9:42 average.
Friday 2/28: 12 miles easy at 9:36 average. Got to do the first 9 miles with my dad, which was great.
Saturday 2/29: 45 min Peloton workout and it was so good to be back home with Bruce!
Sunday 3/1: 5.02 at 9:07 average
