Good morning! I hope you had a great weekend and Easter. I was definitely happy to spend some time at home and catch up on some rest since I’ve been traveling almost nonstop since April 8th. As much as I’ve been in different gyms, without some equipment, and having to shift workouts around every week, overall I’ve been more consistent than not. Even eating out all the time, which I get sick of quickly, I have done a good job of having more quality nutrition than not. I feel like that’s the best you can really ask for when you are traveling for something that is not running related. Here’s how the week looked.
