Monday 6/10: Lower body weights first and then 6.05 miles easy at 9:26.
Tuesday 6/11: Upper body & 5.01 miles easy at 9:25.
Wednesday 6/12: 2 miles warm up, 10 x 2 mins hard, 2 mins easy, 2 miles cool. Intervals were between 5:50 -6:02, with 2 that were slower around 6:39. Total of 9 miles at 8:13 average.
Thursday 6/13: 6 miles easy at 9:32 average
Friday 6/14: upper body and, 2.01 miles solo at 9:51 average & 4.04 miles at 9:05 with my friend Anna as a shake out before her Double Dipsea race on Saturday. We both had time to grab coffee after and decided we should split a donut since a fresh truck arrived right when we did.
Saturday 6/15: 15.01 mile long run, final 3 miles cutting down as fast as you can. I did 7:51/7:35 and then got a weird cramp in my foot so went slower. Overall pace was 8:40.
Sunday: 45 mins cross training – I used my Peloton bike and did a 45 min class and then a 5 minute stretching class. I am still loving it so much!
