Happy Tuesday! I’m a day late for a weekly recap, but whatever. There has been a lot going on over here! We got home from New York & JOHN PROPOSED!
HI said yes, of course. I actually said yes before he even got to finish asking lol. He proposed with a ring pop & we are going to pick out a ring together. He has been traveling for the last week, so we will probably do that soon after he gets home. So excited to be engaged though!
Here is how last week looked – workouts-wise!
Monday 11/11: 4 miles easy at 9:30 average & strength
Tuesday 11/12: 5 miles easy at 9:23 average
Wednesday 11/13: 2.5 miles warm up, 7 x 3 mins at 6:50 with 2 mins jog rest in between (6:46/6:50/6:52/6:50/6:48/6:49/6:51), 1.2 mile cool down. Total of 8.12 miles at 8:31 average
Thursday 11/14: 5.6 miles easy at 9:16 average with my friend Anna
Friday 11/15: 5.16 miles easy at 9:31 average. Plus I got to go ride.
Saturday 11/16: 16 miles all easy at 9:22 and 892 elevation gain
Sunday 11/17: crosstraining – which was four, 15 minute long Peloton classes. And even more exciting – I went to go look at rings with two of my friends!
I’ll wait to pick one with John, but it was extremely helpful to have them to do some very serious research with 🙂
